Many of our Mavuno Campuses exist as tenants on properties that do not belong to them. Whereas leasing allows for the Mavuno movement to grow and spread quicker, it does bring with it significant challenges, including lack of long-term security, exposure to unreasonable rent hikes, difficult proprietor relationships.
Our desire is that each year as we give our first-fruits, we will work towards settling various Mavuno campuses into their own properties.
