Through the Spread the Love initiative, we’ve had the opportunity to harness people and resources to restore dignity and hope to children in public primary schools and those serving terms in our correctional facilities. We have painted, planted trees and landscaped their compounds and repaired and built critical infrastructure.
In 2018 we raised donations worth Ksh.16 million and 5 schools were rehabilitated through 20,000 hours of community engagement. In 2019 we raised 20 million to renovate 13 additional schools in Kenya through 25,000 hours of community development hours. In 2020 during the peak of covid-19 pandemic, we supported over 1,300 needy family by giving food parcels to school teachers, special needs children, sportsmen and women basketballers, church clergy and even the elderly who had been affected by the economic losses of the pandemic.
